So... I don't have a picture of this one because I keep eating it before remembering to take a picture. I'm pretty sure that this is mine and Jon's favorite recipe to date. We've had it several times. It's super easy to make and it tastes AMAZING.
A couple of tips while making this is to make it in a crock pot bag. The bag makes it easy to skim off the fat before you thicken the sauce. At the point that the chicken is done cooking, all you do is pull out the chicken, place it on a separate plate. Then pull the whole bag out with the sauce and poke a small hole in the corner to filter out the good sauce from the fat of the chicken. Then follow the recipe as before.
Also, the nutrition info is only for the sauce. One serving is about a little more than half a cup of sauce.
We like to eat it with some good minute rice :)
